This post is destined for us...Latinos, Africans, Asians, and members of underdeveloped countries who are in BHW.

If you are here at BHW, you probably have above average knowledge of our countries, have notions of English, have read many methods and tutorials, and have often been frustrated that many doors are closed to us. Many services are not available, the delivery time for products is four times longer, we need proxies to reach Americans on TikTok, we need to buy documents to get PayPal accounts. It's not easy.

I would just like to remind you: don't forget the domestic industry, your own country. We are emerging here in this forum full of Americans and Europeans who develop methods that are beneficial for them. They have more resources, they can physically work and earn several dollars an hour to raise money and be able to invest. It's easier. The methods of the Americans/Europeans are created by them and for them. It is not exclusive and of course, you can succeed, BUT keep in mind: it is MUCH more competitive. It is MUCH more expensive to reach the audience in these countries. Your competitors have thousands of dollars to spend on ad testing. They don't need to buy proxies. The reward may be worth it, but sometimes it is worth investing in your own market.

We know another language... Hindi, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Arabic. The market is much less competitive. People don't earn $80,000 a year like in Ireland, but they also have money and they also want products that go viral on social media. Create a website in your own language. If you are here in BHW, you probably have the capacity to create a better website than the average person in your country. Americans and Europeans don't like to sell to Morocco, India, Brazil, Mexico or South Africa, precisely because of the language barriers, the payment methods they don't know, the lack of expectations about investing money in those countries, the delivery times...but we who live in those places, know how things work, we should take advantage of that and not just be one more trying to sell products and services solely to the United States.

The idea is to make you think: don't forget your home market, it looks poor and unpromising, the people are less tech-educated, but the competition is much less. It is better to be one of the biggest brands in Algeria than to be one more store that failed advertising to the UK.

The main issue in the third world countries is the banking system getting the loans to scale your business.

What a great post.

Many do not know how easy it is to rank in some of the regions you shared and how profitable it can be.

Helpful and though provoking. Even if we have clients in US and Europe, there are opportunities to encash in other continents especially in Our home country. This post gave some timely food for thought. Thanks

Great post! There is a lot of opportunity besides north America and Europe. As a North American, I actually have clients in developing countries...and they pay north American prices. So. Years, do not discount your local market

It's often better to be a big fish in a small pond than vice versa. I have sites outside the US and non-english and not just US targeting- have mixed success.

With your sales and marketing articles and offers- make them in both languages that should help with ranking.

The type of sales and products might be bought locally rather than from the US. I ran into that with one of my previous businesses where most customers in the EU valued local representatives and were more loyal (Than US Customers), and trusted the locals with an office versus internet only. Truly depends on the business type niche and local market intelligence you can gather.

you're absolutely right and I already talk about it in one of my poste this years because I observe that my ARABIC or FRENCH websites got ranked fast than my English sites. I swear you can't imagine how easy the competition on AR-FR website compared to English sites.
Also guys why not take an English websites read their post, then translate it t your main language and edit it relevantly to your mother language logic and that's it, you got high quality content by the easiest and cheapest way

Great read. Targeting the top-tier countries is not wrong so far you are doing it the right way.

just asking you need to buy documents to get paypal account? I am confused what documents why??

I live in a small EU-member country and was always thinking about doing big biz on the international market. However, more experiences i gain (big thanks to BHW), more interesting is local market to me in terms of opportunities and cost-effective money making.

The main problem is collecting money to invest or hire someone for the thing you are not good at.

Awesome thread! So much easier to market in your native language and know the culture better.

I Love this Post! Thanks a lot.
My Former Boss Always Said, He prefers to be King of the assholes, beeing asshole of the kings.

And If you are from a Tier 3 country, Made your First Homepage, let me know and I will do a free rankerX campaign for you (as Long as you Take Care of Indexing :-) )

That literally gave me chills for some reason. Great post man. Loved it. I've always prioritized developed counties and always neglected my home country. I guess it's time to focus on the local audience as well :)

The problem is technological advancement and ignorance on the part of supposed buyers. How do you sell bitcoin to someone who doesnt have a wallet or a way to use the bitcoin?
