[Screenshot] Website Design Tools?

Hi,

The graphics when building a website is the hardest part for me.
Can you recommend any tools that allow you to create simple or even interactive screenshots?
I want to showcase my software with some good looking but simple screenshots animated if possible.

I see so many sites right now that are following this approach but I doubt they all do it manually/hardcoded, there must be a plugin/tool to ease the process.

How do they add those mouse-pointer animations and clicks?
They look like some mini interactive demos (howto) images

Yeah, same here.

What I tend to do is I find a graphic I like online, do some light editing, change some colors around, this that the other, and I use that.
