This is true if you can afford to invest like 100K +. Anything less, doesn't worth it. BTC right now is too expensive to get some profit from it. Only whales are making profits.

What are your intentions? Do you expect to "invest" into crypto and get rich over night?
If so, then you prefer gambling, and you have a chance to lose all your money.

If you want to store value, and probably 5x or 10x over 5 or 10 years, then buy & hold Bitcoin for long term, to escape the guarantee loss through inflation by holding fiat in bank

Altcoins - high risk - gambling

1) you can run nodes in testnets. and receive some tokens after their drops
2) you can make some content with ambassador programs
3) you can research and find some good ICO. Seems like at this market stage it's a good time for this.
4) researching for rare collections at NFT-mints

So that's 10x 10% up and 10x 10% down, a total of 200% gain on long and shorting it, now if you are wanting to do 10x you will require to do isolated margin trading (you just enable it on bitbot) then you can do 5x if you are wanting more debt risk ratio wiggle room but i think you will be fine with just trading short on every coin.

I would say buying the top 10 coins would be a long time investment. I would also suggest gaming alt coins they can go up a lot if they succeed but again everything is a gamble.

I have a solid idea here, but it is not connected to holding/trading/mining of the crypto.
You can easily generate profit even without any coin in your pocket.

Try to find some info about affiliate marketing and promotion of crypto/forex offers.
You can join some affiliate network who would help you out with everything and teach you how to generate Traffic For Crypto
