90%+ crypto traders only lose money. The only ways perhaps people making money in crypto, are the creators of shitcoins (they collect, collect, collect and then finally rug-pull) : not recommended though. But, mentioning this as a valid answer to OP's question.
Another way : based on how the crypto market is nowadays, buy Bitcoin and hold it for 100 to 200 years.
Above are ways OP wants to avoid.
Another way is to study crypto projects and apply to them to become an an admin, sub-admin, moderator for their Telegram channel(s).

Well, buy and hodl.

I mean, if you got Matic a few weeks ago for $10k, now you have $20k.

Id you bought BNB few weeks ago for $10k, now you have like $15k.

And as you hodl and wait, you can stake them, so by the time you cash out you have even more than you bought.

Its risky, but doable. But to make serious profits this way you need to invest serious amounts. Investing $100 and cashing out $200 is like meh. Investing $100.000 and cashing out $200.000, broooo coool

- create a smart contract that has easy social recovery on private keys
- create a smart contract that uses zero knowledge proofs for private money on ethereum
- create a tool that gives access to NFT holders to specific parts of a website, maybe make it connected to a huge platform like Wordpress

take a small % as fee when users transact in your apps.
