Looking for USA University Proxy like 911.re

avoid with a capital A.

since 911 stopped their service , i can't work anymore

i need proxies by zip in specific countries , 911 had alot of proxies that's their advantage
i've tried faceless.cc and socks.bz
the issue is there's not alot of isp in UK for example like 911.re
is there's a similar service with more proxies ? since all in marketplace only focusing on USA and very few europe
NOTE:
i don't mind more expensive proxy as long it has same quantity and choice as 911/vip72/luxsocks
How much did you pay for a single proxy on socks.bz?

911re was selling proxies illegally, so there is unlikely to be a similar option at this price

That's it ? people found replacements or they just gave up ?
They are waiting for SocksEscort to open registrations because, so far, they're the only ones offering anything remotely similar to 911. Everyone else is too expensive, even though they collect residential proxies for free in the same way as 911 did (Hola VPN, for example).

So, until now, is there anyone find good recommendation for change 911 re?
I have try some but finally I feel still can't change function of 911.

Anyone tried this : piaproxy com ? They're marketing this as a direct replacement for 911 right from the home page , even the price per proxy is similar. They claim to be based in Hong Kong (pretty sure 911 owners were chinese) and the domain is registered about a month ago so it makes one wonder how can they have 50 million ip pool already.

That looks interesting. Are there any reviews of that service?

Honestly : no , I'm not rich enough to risk another 28$ so I was hoping someone wealthier than me would give this a shot first.
