I need provider have university proxy like 911.re, I can search filter ISP
Anyone know?

University proxies are very rare : the reason being is that Universities do not allow their internet access to be distributed, externally, so whatever University proxies may appear are on the "sly" (discreetly done "underground" by some student for beer money).

I am trying to find a service like 911.re that can provide me with residential SOCKS5 proxies with unlimited bandwith that also happens to accept credit card. Also preferbly this service would be cheaper too. I only really need 250 to 500 US SOCKS5 residential proxies that score low on IP fraud score checkers for account creation. If anyone can help me find somthing like this that would be great!

Search in the forum's marketplace as many sellers have listed their services there. You could also start a "Want to Buy" thread and list your requirement and budget and the sellers will ping you.

All three services stopped working!
911.re today stopped accepting payment and registration of new customers

i noticed 911.re removed that feature with the recent update they released today, and proxies no longer work "properly" if u know what i mean.

the real url is luxsocks.ru but it seems to be down too, i haven't used it in a while, been using 911.re for the past 2 years, my bad for the misinformation i landed on a fake luxsocks site and thought it was up, did a little bit of digging, it's actually gone, we're in the same boat here, i'm using 911 rn but it's it's limited and wouldn't let you access certain web pages (payment/shopping related ones), let's hope this doesn't take very long and doesn't get our accounts wiped out.
