Google ads unpaid balance

Hi everyone,
I wonder if anyone here is having an unpaid balance error,
I used google ads threshold 2 years, but recently, all my account have unpaid balance when I create new campaign
Any solution?

Mostly all new accounts getting this ban, no way to escape. Big clue on a support ticket, I have some accounts with 6 zero ad spent and over 40 days and no one answered me.

Fill and submit the account suspension appeal form for all suspended accounts. That is the only solution for suspended accounts in other words that is the only solution for accounts that have got suspended. Depending on luck, their algorithms may or may not reactivate an account.

In this senario would you delete the $ Campaign before appealing? or leave as is and appeal it?

Leave the campaign as it is & appeal. Appeal reply's outcome depends on luck. Myself & a few other members have sometimes had accounts with blackhat campaigns suspended, appealed & reactivated !!! Yes, Google Ads algorithms are often quite wild.
