Hello, I am not a US or European citizen and I need to establish a company in the USA or a European country (Internet company and online services). There are countless agencies that do this, but I have concerns about setting up a company in another country. Because accounting can be complicated and I don't want to deal with legal issues.

What is the best country/state to set up a company in? Which agency would you recommend?

Depends on where you live and why not get a professional advisor to set up a company?

A lot of options here.

-Estonia is an interesting choice since they also offer e-residency which can come with other perks and totally opens EU market for you, you receive their government ID. Estonian government services are fully digitized so you should not expect many bureaucratic headaches.

-UK is pretty easy and quick, you can have company up and running within days. There is a non-resident option and it's not really expensive. The actual formation costs £10 but you will need UK address, so with that service, you can get a company formations company to do it for you for £150 or less.

You will have to file accounts in about 18 months since forming, and of course, you will need to get an accountant to help you with that, and with lowering taxes and all other expenses. You don't need to be in VAT system until (I think) £85k threshold.

-US will be more expensive and a bit longer process, but best if you're targeting US market. I have no idea how taxing or accounting works in the US.

-Almost all (if not all) EU countries offer non-resident company formation option. Holland, Germany, Romania are good options (again, depending on the target market and your connections with the country).

-Ireland is tax haven and you shouldn't pay any corporate tax for the first 3 years.

Please don't rely solely on the info I (or anyone else) said here. You should consult with qualified people and do your research.

It is not where you set up the company its where you live that have to pay taxes to.

I am not trying to disrespect any member here, but no one here is a tax/LLC expert. It will save you a lot of time and money if you find someone that can help you with this offline. Again, many people can have their own experience, but that doesn't mean they are qualified to advise about LLC, etc.

A UK Ltd company is cheap and easy to set up, some agents can set you up with a virtual office also. The accounting should be left to a professional and a simple search should bring up plenty of agents to choose from.

Hello, I understand but I think there are users who have set up their own company here with registered agent like firstbase, stripe atlas. I just want to know your experiences. Tax rates, benefits etc.

Hello, I could not find a reliable and good consultant.

Services like stripe and paypal are not available in my home country. That's why I'm thinking of starting a company in a different country. But I will still have a company in my own country.
