Vertual simcard and gcp can make a 4g proxy?

Hi .
Can anyone suggest me that can I make 4g proxies using a vertual sim card and gcp vm?
For example if the it's a usa based sim card then if i deploy a vm on usa then can i run the vertual sim card there?
And turn that vm into a 4g proxy server?
If anyone can guide me.
I will pay him for this help.

By "vertual sim" do you mean eSIM? As in the SIM card that's built into devices?

If so, that's not how it really works. In order to run an eSIM you need the baseband processor and the eSIM IMSI. A cloud server provider like GCP won't have that.

If I understood correctly — what you're trying to do is impossible.

There are hosting companies out there that let you lease residential/ISP IPs. Those are extremely pricy at a small scale, so unless you need thousands of IPs and have the budget for it, it might be better to just buy.

Basically i just want to know hoe to create residencial dc and 4g ip.
I ve looked over udemy but there is no tutorial can you please suggest me one begaainer to advance level tutorials i ll be thankful to you.

You can not create a 4G rotating proxy entirely in the cloud because that is not how mobile communications work.

Simply put, to get a 4G connection you must have a device that will connect to a 4G tower. Normally that would be a phone but you can use a dongle or any other device with 4G capabilities. This means that your device must by in physical range of the 4G tower.
