But its very time consuming and I feel very bad.

What language do you tranlate engligh article to?

If you are starting a new blog and looking to get Adsense approval then I would stay away from PLR content. Google is looking for unique and helpful content. If the PLR is rewritten and adds value then perhaps it would be okay but I would just stay on the safe side for now. Create original content or hire a writer from a freelance site to build up your post count. You want to have an established site with helpful content and real traffic before applying.

Why don't you let the earnings from adsense start and then sell the site at a much higher price? For example, on Flippa, sites with earnings of as much as $ 5 sell much more than the price you specified.
