they have pay as you go.... but its expensive 30/gb 1gb at state level, its pricey af, and they interview you before hand, you can use fake ID ect though to get through and they monitor from time to time so its more annoying geosurf is more primitive but faster and cheaper, you just need to know how to use proxy program managers and protocol and you can achieve the same thing as 911 almost, the only difference is they had no data cap because they were full out stealing customers connections off of a residential bot net from 2 VPN companys, the owner tucked his tail and went running, smart on his part because its likely they were closing in on him similar to the card companies that got taken down in jan

On twitter, today a large number of bots in several languages, in small time lapses, have advertised to "Kr3bs 0n Security" mentioning that it shut down the 911.....what a pride (sarcasm)
By the way, has anyone tried any service?
I tried today IpRoyal with IPs from Europe, but they repeat and are not clean.

I need service support ASN or ISP tarrgeting
It will be really dificult to find and alternative to 911 at the same quality/price range. There is a lot of overpriced crappy providers out there. I was under the impression that IPRoyal will be good enough, like packetstream.
I've heard that nsock isn't that good either but you can try it anyway.

since 911 stopped their service , i can't work anymore
i need proxies by zip in specific countries , 911 had alot of proxies that's their advantage
i've tried faceless.cc and socks.bz
the issue is there's not alot of isp in UK for example like 911.re
is there's a similar service with more proxies ? since all in marketplace only focusing on USA and very few europe
NOTE:
i don't mind more expensive proxy as long it has same quantity and choice as 911/vip72/luxsocks
