I posted a reel like 14 hours ago. And only on the reels page, it got 43 views... So I'm not shsdeowbanned i think. The algorhytm just doesn't like me

Yeah It's what I thought 1k is small... what kind of niche is it tho? Niche also matters for views, and is it a theme page or you showing your face?

I just show my art there... And I didn't change anything drastically. I show my face rarely an not long times (it just happens that my face is visible)
Also i tried switching arround my hashtags and nothing worked. (i don't know if im allowed to post my ig handle here. If that is allowed I'll update it so you can have a look) im happy for every help

I need an urgent answer because it is very important.
(Whoever helps me will get a shoutout on my 46.9k Instagram page.)
Until 3-4 months ago, I would post 7-12 reels per day, but only on the reels tab, that is, these reels would not be shown to my followers.
I would have 3k-4k views on these reels and even 5k on some. Everything went well, I got followers on them, and the best of all is that the reel would get some more views 3-4 weeks after its publication because it would be shown to a wider audience.
Everything went perfectly, I got a lot of followers and the profile grew nicely.
But that suddenly stopped, now when I post a reel only on the reel tab (not on the feed) I get 0 views, some get 20-30 views but that's where it stops. With this, the growth of my profile stopped and the number of followers decreased.
I tried to reinstall the app, I also took a little break from posting on the reel tab only, and thought I was shadowbanned, but this has been happening for months.
Could anyone help me, I had 1.2 million views a month on these reels, and my profile then only had 3k-4k followers, now that it has 46.9k followers, I don't get views anymore.
I would be really grateful if someone would solve this problem for me and I would reward him with a shoutout on my profile.

Try to make something unconventional for once, or a bit "viral". Your account might not be shaddowbanned but victim of the algorithm. For example, everything works in cycles. You get a bad video, then IG will lower your reach, then you get another bad video, it continue to do so, your average view and likes is down.

So on one of my 100K+ account, I took some break, came back, my average was like 30k+ per reel, then, I kept going, kept working on having the best possible content, 10K average, then I still kept going, then one video went nuts, like 500K, then next 1M, then one 3M, then one 8M views... so keep going, take a few days off to make sure its not a shaddow ban, and keep going, focus on quality, look what works in your niche, try to add some open talk, or controversy, like make people comment so it's viral more. You always need that 1/2 vid that will boost everything following the 80/20 rule, a lot of your videos will suck, but that 20% will bring the best results.

I have the same problem. My Reels usually got shown to arround 2-7k people (only published in the reels section, not to my followers) but after my holidays the reels reach dropped sagnificantly ( now i Get 100 views max if I dont post it so, that also my follower see it) Idk what I did wrong. I used instagram in my holidays so maybe i was connected to a router with bad IP. But now its three weeks of not getting high reach with reels and I dont know what to do. I tried to contact the META Support (atleast i tried to reach out to them via the Instagram helpcenter) but nothing changed and no one ever got in touch with me. Its three weeks now and I dontknow what else I can do (is it normal that the shadowban lasts three weks?) If you find out how you got out of your ban, please tell me.
Also my content is original and absolutely legal (no shady stuff, i share my art)
Could it help to reinstall the app?
Or are there any other things i could do to speedup the recovery process?Also I found my posts with an Account that doesnt follow me. Does this mean that i am not shadowbanned? (if not,why the heck did my reach drop so hard...?)

I have this problem for months, so if it is shadowban, you can have it for more than 3 weeks.

I reinstalled the app, but nothing changed.

Shadowban only means that Instagram will not show your videos to a broader audience via explore, hashtag, or recommended but anyone can find your video usually. Also, shadowban can mean that it will limit your views, so it will show to certain people but then will stop.

One thing that I noticed is that my video views started going down when I turned on the option "Show on Facebook", I don't know does that mean anything it's just that at the same time that I tuned that option, video views started going down. I just recently realized that some of my videos had 100k views only from Facebook, but problem is that from Facebook you can only like, if you want to comment you need to do it from Instagram also if you want to follow you need to go to Instagram which means that videos can be shown to people that don't have Instagram or they can't be bothered to go to Instagram and comment or follow. Some of my videos had more than 100k views, and a lot of likes but 0 comments or 0 follows, which means that they are useless. Maybe the Instagram algorithm thought "I will push him to Facebook, but not to Instagram anymore." I turned off this option, I will see the results.

One thing that might be a problem is that Instagram is showing my videos to the wrong audience, some of the reels on reels tab got like 400 views but 0 likes, this is not normal.

If I find the solution I will write here. But I am planning to create a new profile and upload it from the beginning.
