Agreed. This has taken an ugly turn. Poster Gal's website is down, Hailafacebook.com, so my guess is that this is the end of road. I've defended Poster Gal in the past too. I even took time to submit a rebuttal after she was flamed on RipOff Report.com. The present situation, however, is fast becoming indefensible. Communication has gone from poor to non-existent. She gets snippy when politely called to task, quick to fault others for her blunders. To blame lost fees on their transaction service provider is a (bad) joke. If a middleman runs with the money, it's the contractor's duty to recover lost client funds, not the client's problem. To make it the client's problem raises a red flag . . . or three.
Fees from a client should never be allocated until work is complete in the instance a refund is necessary. It would appear that she/they either spent the money before delivering or elected not to deliver. Refunds in full should have issued within 24 hours of Facebook shutting down their service. At the very least, she should have provided customers the option for a refund or delayed service with a definite time line. Knowing that Facebook vigilantly polices for account boosting, she should have anticipated this scenario and had a contingency plan. One that included immediate refunds for uncompleted work.
Here's another vote for the thread being closed and a ban instituted until all delinquent accounts are fully refunded. This sort of meltdown hurts the entire BHW community by undermining trust in the forum's honest service providers. A shame.
