This is why most of the bloggers fail. They target niches which pay higher. But since they do not have interest in it, they leave the project in between.

In my point of view, blogging is somewhat writing the content that the blogger is interested in. The trendy things on the blogger's topic may give more interest to writing the spicy content on it.
Today, most people run behind the money through blogging and even they can't deliver the best content as you specified.
If the blogger's passion is very strong, the money comes behind him/her without any doubt.

Actually blogging is all about passion only. Earlier people had only one blog which they had passion about.

I've been writing tech articles for my blogs for ages.
While I did get better at writing, the quality didn't really improve.
And this is reflected in the financial statements.
Now, for a few weeks, I've been playing with the idea of starting a niche blog in my real area of expertise.
I'm just pulling out some ideas for future articles for when I do start.
I can tell you, the number of ideas I got, and the amount of details I could talk about in each one of them is insane.
This is where, even if there are 30 articles out there covering the same idea, your own REAL expertise is where it makes a difference.
I was actually able to pot MAJOR lack of information even on the highest authority websites covering the topic.
There are SO SO MANY THINGS you can talk about when you actually know what the hell you are supposed to say.
This is when I realized I wasted so many years covering shit I have no clue about or no real interest in.
Yeah, all of us like tech, and use it.
But ask anyone of you to do an in-depth article on why CPUs fail, and you'll barely write 2,000 words. When all the info out there is possibly 200,000 words or more.
Doesn't really have to be PASSION, but it has to be something you do, or know really well.
In my case, since I'm a programmer, I considered my area and all the projects I did in the last 8 years.
So many keywords and ideas it completely blew my mind.
The best part? 80% of the ideas are impossible for other people to target unless you also solved those issues. Which gives you A BIG BONUS.
You no longer have to hunt for LSI, synonyms, etc, because everything flows on its own.

I had zero interest or knowledge about crypto. Once i start making content, day by day i learnt more and Interest also growing significantly. But i started it because crypto pays well
I agree but this is true for most things. Even if you're not passionate about a subject you still may be passionate about working with your colleagues or about running a business. So even if the subject itself isn't so fascinating, perhaps there are other aspects that can motivate you to continue

You can't be successful at something you don't like. Blogging is included.
I was passionate about my first two sites, writing loads of articles for them killed off the passion and it was still a chore. Annoyingly that 'passion' to the subject stopped me selling them years ago and now they just stagnant. Anyway time to move on to the newer and more profitable sites.
