I still think it's niche related. But OP said he had 2 different niches, so... I'm just worried this will be rolled out to all users. Easily passable tho, as long as there's no phone KYC type of thing.

Credit Card. The payment method is not an issue. I have more accounts that work fine. it's just a new account.

I don't know, but some another issues, that I started facing in my 3 accounts. Unable to spend more than 100$ in a day, even i have high budget. It just getting stopped whenever it's reached to nearby 100$, Have a look below shared screenshot.

Fill and submit the Google Ads account suspension appeal form. This is the only way to possibly fix any account suspension. Do not believe people who will charge you to get your Google Ads accounts unsuspended (reactivated). You need to yourself fill and submit the Google Ads account suspension appeal form, for every suspended Google Ads account (reactivations are sometimes possible and could partially depend on luck as well).
