It is actually not even 30 designs as one complicated UX design can take even 10 days. I believe setting up expectations from the get go is ideal. If you are looking for super cheap $1/design stuff -this is not it. Best would be to avoid it

Did you buy the service?

Well, it’s true. The output will only be as great as what you input. But, I worked with several artists, and when you say just copy this and change it a bit, they will do so. Unlike in this service, time is your enemy. Would you rather make unlimited revisions on a existing project or just move on? Remember, you have only have to have 2 active projects at a given period. Wasting your time on 1 active project, won’t be as effecient as what you are saying. I am not ready to give up yet as I have not yet finished my whole month. Premature reviews won’t do good. Don’t worry, I will still make a final review.

Communication with OP here was spotty. Replies were not as fast as I hoped for and it initially gave me a bad impression of how fast the TAT would be.

But I was WRONG. After payment, someone reached out to me right away via email to introduce themselves and to get started ASAP. PSD design was very polite and courteous.

Something I wish would improve is the mode of communication. Everything is done via email and it takes a lot more time to get your point through.

Quality of the Output?
You can't please everybody but all I can say is that the logos and web design work they did for me were great!

Bang for buck. I would highly recommend the service if you need graphics design work for multiple small projects.

Turn around time :
After discussing the project, the designer would give you a TAT which is accurate. I guess the designer finishes it a lot earlier but would send it to you after the TAT mentioned.

One thing to note is that the team don't work on weekends. (Not that I expect them to) But it's something to keep in mind incase you are in a hurry with your design work.

Overall : TAT is fair and nothing to complain about.
