IF you can do it then it is good But if you are looking for such services then that service is a negative route as this is directly related to impersonation / identity theft.

Scan a real id..Zoom in to pixels.. Use clone tool to blank out text and pic... Google for 2d barcode gen for the back.. Most IDs use Ariel or helvetica for font

It’s encouraging using legitimate accounts but if you are black hat type you should find someone to help with the credentials verification to get the account approval.

While I second the statement above regarding legitimate verification means, I also acknowledge that black hat work needs a bit more varied means.
