I have had my account deactivated on several occasions but I have only been able to get account back twice.

It depends on why the account is deactivated in the first place. If you have consistently uploaded images or videos that is clearly against the policy of the platform which most times you'll have been warned, you ain't getting it back.

If you haven't there's an option to recover account, follow the instructions and you'll appeal to them to reopen your account

I have done it and have worked for me on two occasions and you can try it too

I recommend you go with someone that has media portal access so they can send your request directly to IG, this might be the only way to get your account back, if this doesn't work, just keep being a headache for Meta support until they activate your account back (I talked to an agent 13 times before someone actually helped me and got my account back, most meta support agents just want to get rid of you fast and move to the next ticket)....

my account was disabled couse of copyright strikes. i had over 100k and on both pages over 20 mil views a month . should i keep on requesting ? one of the accpunt been deleted for like 1 year now and the other one for like 4 months
