PayPal Fake Dispute Scam

Your client committed wire fraud by filing a chargeback with his bank under false pretenses (such as service not delivered).
People like to talk crap about bitcoin but don't see the how it could be a perfect solution for payments

no, it not a service not delivered

it opened with unauthorized transaction

You are right. No one but

it's bullshit that Paypal tell everyone to that credit card company make a dispute for transection

just see, the first time when the client opened a dispute, It got in my favor because I submitted all proof

but the second time, after 20 days, they directly changed their mind and sent me a direct email that you lost the dispute and also even charged 10$ for the chargeback fee to my account

It questions Paypal account security. Anyone can hack Paypal and use your account.

it is just simple they don't want to be involved in to dispute a second time, and they make the seller pay all money

You're mistaken.

1. First time, PayPal was the decision maker. And they decided in your case.
2. 20 days later, PayPal wasn't the decision maker, the credit card chargeback happened and PayPal couldn't do anything.

PayPal didn't change their mind. The credit card company came into the picture.

Your client committed the fraud.

Same stuff, wire fraud. It is no different from a seller scamming a buyer by not delivering product/service

I'm selling digital goods and services and do not sell physical products.

And Unauthorized Transactions and Items Not Received.

these two kinds of claims cover in seller Protection if you have proof of delivery

AND like I tell you when you get a second-time dispute Paypal always favors on buyers' side

my many friends face the same issue

thank you
and the most fantastic thing is all payments already been withdrawn and got into my bank
sad that I lost my account
Get a new stealth account, or use Payoneer/Wise for accepting payments.

I have been in a similar situation, and I don't use PayPal anymore

It is known fact from years. Next time do research before using any platform.

It is sad that PayPal always favors buyers only, not sellers.
Yes, there will be a ton of scammers on the Internet if they favor sellers. In order to maintain an online business, buyer trust is more significant than seller trust.

nothing new that is how paypal workd they pioritize the buyer.
hence why it's called gaypal shitpal or any other names. and why people find alternative
the best is crypto payment non refundable lol

This is why many sellers don't use PayPal to receive payments from buyers these days.

That's why when I used to work with paypal I didnt wanted to accept payments made with a card, since the client can always make a dispute on the bank side and paypal does nothing, they prefer to not have problems with the finantial institution and they dont give you "Seller Protection"
