update: I bought the same product from a different site the site I bought it from ended up using the same service I bought the first product from so in conclusion none of them worked and I wasted money and the money spent on the other group buy services are being wasted because if I can't use the first service then I cant use the other two and support isn't responding I'm glad I paid with PayPal I'm gonna dispute all of this I hope their PayPal account gets suspended

Never heard of them. There's one I use and I've never had issues with them.
