I SO agree with this. I intensely dislike how people treat customer service so badly for ABSOLUTELY no reason, as most of the time, they are just the front line for the businesses.

Yet, they deserve so much respect for just being able to put up with my dumb ass asking random questions.

I learned being polite and respectful is the best approach, even if you have an issue with a service, it is not the fault of support agents who are there behind a desk to help you, be kind and considerate, and they will be much more inclined to help you.

fr being kind is the key and it doesnt even take much to be kind- still dont know why people would go out of their comfort to make someone uncomfortable
 
This is the same in person too - remember, the waiters don't make the food!
