No you won't get banned, in fact stripe itself has a service to register US LLCs called stripe atlas

You don't need to do all of that, those are not stealth accounts, those are legitimate US business accounts under real registered companies.

You live in Israel, right? I will already tell you that from what I found: It's VERY expensive to manage an LLC company from Israel,
you will need to have a registered LTD company here (בע"מ) which is already expensive by itself for most people who are self-employed/are a 1-man operation,
in addition to that you will need to pay taxes here and also there which means double the accounting fees (but I am pretty sure that the government will refund your money that you paid in the US)

Take in mind that I found all of this with research from the limited information that can be found about it, and also from what I heard from other people.

I still didn't consult with my accountant about this as I still haven't seen a reason yet, but I recommend you to do so if you are serious about it.

Yeah, I bet it's never as simple as it looks, but I already have an LTD, so the cost should remain about the same, or at least in the same range.

In 2021 I haven't done any transaction or business with my LLC. I have received payments through WISE on my personal account.
I only had to File the Annual Report and didn't pay any tax.

But I pay taxes in my country.

Yes, if you opened your LLC through their program they won't ban you, but for other solutions, they will ask you for your address and phone number, & they should match the country where you opened your company.

I had accounts opened with LTD getting banned for that reason, but i know peoples who opened stripe with US LLC and manage to use it with no VPN, others use VPN in first days only, it looks like this depends on stripe temper

I opened my LLC via Stripe Atlas. No problem using my local mobile number, physical address(for the formation), and IP address for the login. The Atlas program is for people who are not US-citizen but want to own a US business firm. It costs $500 for the setup. It is a better solution if you are serious and want a legitimate payment gateway+ LLC/C Corps account.

The idea of VPN is to protect your account from Intruders . Setup 2FA on your account as this gives hedge over scrutiny

I have received all payments with a personal WISE account and I haven't paid any tax so far as I have not declared any sales.

This year I will be getting payments on my company bank account and Stripe. I will update later this year

I got accepted to mercury once on first trial . Although I have a more developed website used for approval.
