Expired domains - problems with indexing

Hi there, for quite some time i use expired domains as a moneypages, got some up and downs, but basicaly it works great.

I always choose domains that had pure backlink profile, and wasnt used for anything "shady" before. Ideal example is domain for restaurant / hotel - and im second owner.

Domain had a few pages in index from history - so my content will index faster (this was the case, till now).

Currently, im struggling to get my posts indexed.

Few months ago it wasnt problem at all, but now all domains (i bought them from various sources, various tlds, some are auctions, some backorder etc, diff hosting) had problem to get indexed even after few weeks.

Its seems very strange to me. Does anybody have same experience?

Its seems for me that google can better understand expired domains right now, and it doesnt work that good for me as before. I dont want to be negative - maybe i start doing something wrong.

So my question is - do you still have sucess with expired domains? What about time till your content get indexed?

It also happend to me that content got indexed for few days, then dissapear.

I am not sure if this is the case with Expired Domain only or not. But I observed something.

One of the posts on my website was ranking for a few keywords after publishing. But after a few days, it disappeared and was nowhere to be seen on google search. It has been more than 1 month now and it does not even show up in the search for the keywords. It feels like the website is Shadowbanned

When I search like this site:website.com it shows all posts published but when I search like "website.com/post1" only then it shows the post.

I am using expired Domains as Money Sites and Indexing it by Fetching the Links on Google News Approved Sites (New Edition) and pasting that post link of Google News Approved Site on Google Webmaster

I'm also facing the same issue.

One month back, I bought an expired domain (clean anchor profile and history) with a few pages indexed. After that, when I set up the theme (importing demo content) many of the dummy pages also got indexed).

Post theme setup, I published three posts, each of which got indexed on google and started ranking on the 3rd - 5th page within a week.
After 4 - 5 days, the website suddenly disappeared from search results for most keywords ( google dance, maybe?).

Post that, I published a few more posts (4000+ word detailed post every day), and none of them are indexed on google.

Also, the pages indexed before are not visible on doing the keyword search + domain name on google.

Even google console behaves strangely, with a submitted sitemap showing the old post count and not getting updated.

Not sure, how to get the links indexed.

- Rank Math API.
- Google News submission.
- Posting on social media (Facebook, Twitter) and then inflating the post with fake likes, retweets, etc.
- Indexing via Reddit posts/threads.
- Indexing via YouTube livestream method.

Expired domains can be a pain to index content on some time. If you haven’t tried the things above, perhaps one of them will help you.

This problem come sometimes with expired domains they indexed and after sometime they get back to normal

Sorry if I up one old thread, but I have this exactly problem with expired domain.

1. Bought one expired domain with some pages still indexed.
2. Published some posts (around 70 in 6 days), and only the first 3 was indexed. (btw not disappeared from Google)
3. Sitemap in GSC is not updated, it updated only if I remove and re-add it.
4. Actually I index one post only via Reddit, GSC and speedyindex not working.

Any tips??

I’ve mostly done it manually — sharing the links via Reddit, Quora, and a few niche forums. Sometimes I also test with small social signals boosts, but in my experience, natural/manual ones tend to index more reliably. Would be interesting to hear what’s working for you lately?

Expired domains struggle to index when their old history is toxic, backlinks are dead, or Google still sees past spam signals.
