That's exactly why your streams aren't being counted. One residential ip address will only get counted a few times from one device per day. I wouldn't be surprised if your home WIFI has been blacklisted. Each phone needs a 4G sim. You only need around 3-5 phones/sims for amazon/spotify etc. Then slowly scale as you make money with it.

Yeah it'll be very expensive to have a 4G sim for 100+ phones starting out. For it to work out, you just got to start off small, like 5 phones with 5 sims. What else can you do?

Residential proxies can be blacklisted. Also, changing locations on a residential proxy (rotating ports) will cause the accounts to get flagged.

If you're able to cover the majority of fingerprints, using 4G proxies and have good randomization and human emulation, there should be no issue. And if it has worked for you, then keep going.

It depends on how many sims/phones you have. The more sims, the more you'd be paying monthly. I would always suggest to start off with 2-3 sims/phones. Make money with a small setup first, then scale slowly as whatever you're doing with it is bringing in money to invest.
The cost of sims depends on where you live and what providers you have.

You're welcome. That depends on the amount of accounts you have and the amount of streams you plan on generating every 24 hours.
A safe ratio would be 1-3 plays per account. You need to think like a human, how do the majority of people use Spotify? How do you use Spotify? Do you have a certain song that you play more than others? Do you usually listen to one song then move onto the next? This is what true randomization and human emulation is, and if you can understand these aspects, you'll never have a problem with social media botting.
Let's say you have 1k accounts, a safe ratio would be around 1-3k plays a day. But they can't be direct streams. They must come from a playlist including a variety of other songs and artists.
