Issue has been resolved by @singhavn as soon as he read my skype message.

It seems it had to do with google's recaptcha v3 which doesn't require a user interaction to verify captcha.. It automatically detects.

Highly appreciate his 24/7 support on Skype and one of the best seller on BHW marketplace.

I recieved review credits from the seller and submitted 16 links. It took around 7-10 days for 80% of them to index. After one month all of the 16 links are indexed, so a index-rate of 100% in my case.

All the links were web2 PBNs (1 on blogger and the rest on wordpress.com).

You submitted 10 links 4 days ago. Out of these 10 links, 3 links are robot.txt. Remaining 7 eligible links, 2 are already indexed. You need to wait 2 to 3 weeks to see best indexing rate.
