Do you take supplements?

Fish oil is bad, the omega 3 in fish oils oxidise readily, potentially producing free radicals and promoting a pro-inflammatory effect.
Hemp oil is a far more stable alternative if your looking for omega 3. With the presence of gla especially contributing to stability, you get a broader and more stable spectrum of fatty acids than you ever could from any fish oil products.
Or even better, receive it from your food - salmon, tuna, mackarel, walnuts etc.

You can't outsupplement a bad diet.

I took creatine ~15 or so years ago. They had these tablets that were the size of a half-dollar. You had to load up on it for 1-3 months and then drop down how much you take.

Now, I have grass fed whey protein isolate, BCAA's, assorted vitamins such as zinc, vitamin A,C,D, and tumeric with black pepper extract.

It tastes good. Not sure how I can elaborate on that. :D

You won't believe but this is the first time I am hearing about good tasting BCAA. Maybe because I never really looked? Just began having what the gym nutritionist sold me on...

The one I had while going to the gym, was basically bitter town.

I did a quick good search and discovered they come in flavors such as Raspberry Sunkissed Ultra Berry Mouthful Rainbow Blast 2022 with added goodness of Cranberry 2030

My. Life. Won't. Be. The. Same. Again.

Omega fish oils, magnium and zinc, vitamin D, sometimes multivitamins
