scammed for 2000 usd by @GoogleSeller

I ordered 30 accounts from this thread https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/google-ads-accounts-ru-eu-with-spendings-100-150-000.1388886/
for 2000 usd . Seller gave me a read view access to the accounts and promised me to forward admin rights and payment rights after payment.
After payment done - seller told me that he can do it "tomorrow" as its night, after that - he dissapeared and stopped reading / replying messages.
Meanwhile, accounts which he gave with read access started being suspended (WHAT A GREAT QUALITY) . I tried to contact him for more than 3 days , but nothing happened, so i scammed by @GoogleSeller and request full refund 2000 usd, no any replacement needs because of this time wasted and irresponsibility of this seller, only refund due to terms and conditions of the marketplace rules as current accounts are shit and hadnt been delivered.

Here are our we started to discuss a deal and i ask about accs, prices

after he promised me to transfer accounts same time and told that some of accs hadnt payment rights but he could transfer on the next day

than i sent money

after that he dissapeared

and shit quality of accs with suspension even without admin rights and any action done :

Requirement - full refund 2000 usd
