Domain Name With High Quality Metrics

I already check those domain name on google, thanks to God they didn't have any penalty, next I check their content history on web machine next I check their spam score and backlinks domain audit....

So I have two problems

1. Different language
2. Different niche

the best one of them was about CAR wrote by Spanish language. and I'm planning to write about Pet's niche by Arabic language
What do you think?

i dont think changing the niche is a good idea ur reach will effect on this

seo is about relevancy so if you changed niche all those metrics will be off low value for new niche.
