Needs clarity (you need to be clear) ... What exactly do you mean by that ? Do you mean that a potential buyer gets curious about the modes of payments that you accept ? "He's curious about his payments" lacks clarity : it gives different meanings. You need to be absolutely clear.
Now, I am curious (let me explain) :-
On your website, you have a chat widget. Let us assume that a potential buyer clicks on it and chats with you, will you lack clarity just the way your question in this thread lacks clarity ? If yes, then the issue is with you and not with any potential buyer visitng your website.
