Tiktok campaign mystery

Hello guys,
i have noticed something weird when running ads on tiktok.
I have tried with a number of accounts and the problem occurs over and over again.
So here is the issue: I run traffic campaigns and have a video which i upload or post on the tiktok account. Most of the time the ad goes through and then i have two scenarios:

1. either the ad doesnt perform and the campaign stays active (forever) or a very long time without any restrictions

or
2. the ad performs well and after 4-5 days tiktok deactivates either the ad or the entire ad account and will not reactivate it.

I have tested this many times through many accounts with the same videos and different domains. The same video if it doesnt bring any leads can run with the same domain content for very long time but its not bringing leads so i deactivate the campaign. Or the same video in another ad account with another domain but the same webpage content performs well but gets after a few days deactivated.

What would you do? do you have any explanation for this?

What are you promoting? do you promote the same thing on all accounts?

obviously not and its a lot of work. Just not understanding why they ban them, of course the accounts have no connection to each other and are used with seperate proxies through MLA or RDP
