i think everyone has some mistakes. If you want to go viral, use a little external, however, if your channel is new and you have NO organic views, you want to sacrifice a few videos by keep posting to reddit, 1k,10k or 100k external views are fine, because you will have the first 100k new viewers for your channel then algorithm can follow those audience along with your channel. Most of you cant go viral as first video so pls build audience first, keep getting new viewers for me
Any chance you can write up a step by step Reddit guide on what your process is there? I've been through 40 pages here and an't understand it. How would 10 upvotes make a difference to YouTube? you are posting the link right not uploading to reddit? Why delete it after on reddit? So confusing...

No need to delete if your channel is new, post link yes. more upvote = your post go to top => more viewers can see you => More views on youtube

It's really easy. Here is how I did it.
1. Look for a suitable subreddit for your niche.
2. Post the video you want to advertise as a video post. Put the link of your youtube video in the comments.
Comment something like "For the people who want to watch it on YouTube or share it with friends and family: youtubelink"
3. Buy upvotes for the post from a panel.
4. Enjoy the traffic from the subreddit
5. I had bad experience with posting the youtube link directly as post, as these kind of posts would get deleted instantly.
6 I did that to only 2-3 YouTube videos at the start and now I do not need External views anymore.

Thank you so much Skeet for taking a moment out to help me. Very kind of you. I have a reddit account with 2000 karma and another that I am trying to get off the ground, it is the same name as our channel. What is buying upvotes from a panel? Any recommendations? I think I was just gonna maybe buy from the dr reddit guy here, he looks legit.
Is there any harm in leaving the video links up on reddit for a YouTube account with 1000 subs? Can't imagine there would be any trouble.
And basically just post the link to 10 video posting sub Reddits? Right? When I look at those subs, there are hardly any comments or upvotes on people's postings, does that really work? even if you are at the top of that subreddit? Doesn't look like any engagement will happen in those sub Reddits.

Buying upvotes from a panel on your reddit post will have the effect to get it appear fast for everyone who is browsing the subreddit you made the post on. Reddit upvotes are very easy to get from literally any panel, just make sure the starttime is instant.
No, why would leaving the video up on reddit hurt your channel? The more external views you get the better for your channel, as long as those viewers watch similar videos like yours. So if you post a video about how to wash a dog, make sure the people who watch your videos watch a lot of animal/dog videos for example. The video you get the external views on might not go viral but the next will possibly do good numbers. So do not focus on the video on which you get the external views on only.
I posted the links on subreddits that fit my niche. For example if I post about dogs, I would post the video on subreddits which are focused around dogs/animal.
I just dont get it. Am i shadow banned? why i dont get any impressions? I upload 1-2 Videos a day. Maybe someone could help me?

My Channel is about 8 days old and i uploaded 12 videos so far. CTR is 9-36% AVD is on 8-10 minutes video at 25% and 1-2 Minutes video at 60-80%..
Someone could help me?

Not sure if this can help old videos or not but everytime i upload a new video, old video gain a lot of views UNTIL the new video start getting views from algorithm, this time i make 2 videos with poor quality, CTR is below 7% atm, gonna test it, well i want to make sure these 2 videos wont run and die with like 50 views so it may help old videos

I am waiting for new content I can post. News are dry atm so I mainly get views from old videos. I am at 110 subs now. Went from 0 to 110 in 9 days.

1-2 mins, I create high quality news videos with high engagement factor.
And btw a tip for everyone. Never ever do I mention in my videos that people should "subscribe, like or comment".
Not as audio and not as visual medium. It's best to never mention these kind of things because people will subscribe ANYWAYS if they like your content.
No need to shove it in their face, mentioning that may even result in the opposite effect.

Yes, I first write the script myself and then I send it to a voice actor to get it done. Since I am German, my English sounds awkward and not professional enough for videos.
