I need help finding a salesperson.

I am working for an insurance company. My job is to recruit sales staff to work. When the employee passes the exam and the first month of work, the company will support a solid salary.
But it's so hard to find these days. I'm posting to the FB group and some recruitment websites without success. Almost everyone has worked in real estate or stayed in a company before.
Anyone with experience, please guide me

Finally someone said it! Fuck, I always reply to them that if I want commission only I can do casino aff instead of their shitty small companies campaigns. But seriously - affiliate marketing w/ offers from reputable networks/programs is the only place where commission-only should be. Small noname companies shouldn't even dare to put this on their freelance & job offers.

You may not know the landscape as to insurance sales positions in the USA... the lion's share of them are commission only.

I've done that when I had my Insurance License and if you do not mind working you can make good money.

It's terrible! My sales went down to 0 this month! I understand that maybe some industries are like affiliate marketing, where maybe it's commission only, but you get lots of commission and you earn a lot, but in this case it's not about that at all... Companies just stopped paying and are looking for people to scam for free work.

You need to leave that.

It's one thing if your an insurance agent, and you get residuals for the policies that you sell, but for an internal recruiter that's nuts. I doubt they'd pay you what an external recruiting firm would charge.

My company is AIA life insurance.
When employees apply, they will have to study and pass the exam in the first 2 weeks. And the next 1 month will be supported salary by the company.
Other sales companies do not pay salaries, only commissions.
My company is the opposite, employees will have a fixed salary to cover them during the first month of work (whether it brings revenue from sales or not).

But in my country (tier 3). Not many people do that. They must be experts.
Present. I need 4 employees to work in the office, however, that is difficult in the insurance industry. At my place, real estate is a trend + cvid19 has not been fixed
