$10,000 monthly profit. Selling and reselling services. Target profit is $100k profit this year.

I tried something similar, trying to send cold emails to airbnb owners and real estate agencies. I proposed them a photo retouching service, with some examples of Before/After, outsourced to Fiverr. Photo retouching can be highly impressive for these people, and it sounded not difficult to sell as it's very visual.

I was sending batches of 10 pictures to one Fiverr guy, one photo per prospect, to send them freely as an example.

Unfortunately, I didn't persist, stopping everything to shift to another project, after 19 emails sent and 0 answers. But even a few years later, I continue to think this is a good idea. I am just lazy.

The OP has something in his personality that so few people has (including myself): he is hangry and persistent. If he wins money, this is perfectly fair, he deserves it.

For people insisting to get the niche of the OP, feel free to use the idea above and just start. :)

Basically you getting paid per appointment booked on your client's calendar?
Kinda, qualified appointments. Those exist but Revshare is better, trust me.
We weren't sending to spam we were getting 60%-75% open rates and emails warmed up.

You sold a service for $500 and didn't get on sales calls to close the leads, were you closing from emails only with the leads?
Ok 2 things.
1) lack of trust
2) product - market mismatch. Your product didnt match what the market is looking for. If you dont get a replies like this " Funny you suggest that me and my partner were thinking about this same thing" or "please send more information" Just know your product is NOT what the market needs!!!

-How I combat number 1 -> Ive sold products for $4,000+ without getting on a call with the buyer!!- I did a sample for free and the guy asked for wire details to pay a $4000 package 2 days after. Too many ways to get creative my man!
- Gain trust => do work for free, provide value and truly DELIVER! Get clients! Simple!

Interesting journey! Keep updating.
Lets go.

All information is on this thread.
Good Luck mate
do or die. putting in the overtime!

Thanks for the insight.

When you send the cold emails do you send the email in your name or as a company name?
Ex: [email protected] vs [email protected]

I heard this before, have you filmed a video of yourself and upload on your website to showcase your services to leads?

Combating 1 - What advice you can give to someone to find the right product to match with the right market?

Thanks again and looking forward to hear back from you.
-I send from [email protected] and gmail accounts. People still respond. Any email works.
-Product-market match=> the product should obviously make the business money. Those are the products that I sell. I dont sell logos, websites and other stuff. I sell sth that will make the business money. How does goolgle sell google ads( for every marketing dollar businesses get 7 back)-- They literally claim this. Point is I try to sell stuff that will make the business money.

interesting, following your journey, all the best man!

You are 100% right and your replies are really inspiring no wonder you are killing it :)

Have you filmed a video of yourself on your website to showcase your service by any chance like who you are and what you do and what your service does to show the leads?

Thanks
I'm not killing it, yet.. I don't have to make a video. Do your prospects have time to watch you? Depends. Every thing depends. Everything WORKS. There is no set way of selling... Try all see what works.... If you don't have time to try all methods... Don't do it.

If a person sells with a link to an introduction videos and it works GREAT for them, don't think you will send 50 emails and get amazing results. Lol. Every method works.
interesting, following your journey, all the best man!
Aye!!!

Interesting journey. Have a good man and keep grinding as much as you can.

Without revealing too much of your own methods, how would someone get involved with this sort of business? I've been taking a look at a lot of journeys and such on BHW and I've seen a lot about CPA and such, but this had also interested me.

You resell services. Go to a business tell them what you do, if they buy you fulfill the service. Eg Tell a business you are the best SEO agency around and you will rank them on page one. They pay your agency and you fulfil the order or find someone who will fulfil the order.

This is the simplest method to make money to be frank.

Sent you a pm

Do you promise to provide constant support to your clients after closing the deal?

If you do, is the agency/service provider taking the customer support job or do you handle this by yourself?

Could you share your website boss? I wonder what it looks like in design, content, etc.
I also congratulate you success on your journey.

Wonderful topic, thank you for it. But I can't understand how you convince people to pay such sums without a guarantee of work. On fiverr and other freelance exchanges, this function is performed by the site itself. And how do you do it? It seems to me that out of 100 hot clients who responded to your letter, 99.99 must be discarded at the prepayment stage.
