I have published 800 000 words of content...
Lost 50% of google traffic last night

It happend to me as well. I almost fall from chair when i see that. Im doing SEO for some time, and this huge drop never happend to any of my websites.
I will wait few days and see if it bounce back, and if not, i can make case study from it.
It was affiliate website with a lot of 301 redirects (expired domains) pointing to it, and partially generated / duplicated content.
I also lost snippets.
URLS in index are the same.
With this website i generaly try whats the limits ( because from my experience 301 redirects works very well ), and it work fine for this website as well ( website is live for 9 months +- ).
Lets see what will happend in next days.

I thought that content velocity matters. I have started my site with circa 100 posts and then I started posting daily and in theory that google will crawl my website more often. I have no idea if it is true, but I have seen the same strategy from few members here who are having a great success

I publish all content when its ready, didnt care much about it.
I can see on my other websites, when i publish it regulary ( once per week etc ), it is indexed faster, but my websites had 100 - 200 posts max.

I think it depends on your niche. If you post each day about world news, it's perfectly coherent.
If you post each day about weight loss, hmmm. Trigger alarm.

That is a lot of articles to write in 7 months.
Regardless, I wouldn't be to worried yet, as the drop in traffic seems to coincide with the recent Google update. I would recommend waiting for the recent update to settle, and if there are still issues, have somebody else take a look and see if they notice anything. Sometimes people love their websites so much that they fail to see potential issues with it.
It's a fairly new website as well, so, perhaps it will regain it's rankings down the road, especially if it doesn't even have many backlinks yet.
I'm sitting here thinking about it, and I guess I would figure Google would want to promote websites which are constantly coming out with new and innovative content, no matter what niche the website is in.
If they used such a tactic in their spam detection, I would think a lot of innocent website owners would get caught in such a primitive filter.
Even if you're simply trying to appear as natural as possible to Google, I would imagine "weight loss" is a niche where people might get particularly excited about their transformation, and may even blog about it often.
That is a lot of articles to write in 7 months.

Because we can bet that Google Search is an AI which is using all data it can access.
Which niche could justify producing content every day, rather than weekly in-depth and useful content? That's common sense.

Clearly it's not common sense, because I am really not seeing it.
Honestly, it sounds like you're guessing, and it's kind of a weird guess at that.
I don't doubt that they use the data in some way, but I do doubt that they would use that specific data to punish people's websites.
Nearly every niche on the face of the planet could justify producing content everyday, unless it's a very tiny niche.
People are enthusiastic about all sorts of different stuff.

1. Around 10 domains.
2. No. They are expired domains totaly unrelevant ( restaurant, construction company etc ... ).

What type of links did you built? This can be a case study for all the people affected or people looking to remain safe from these updates.

Yup, can be. But i do it like this for 2-3 years without problem. But usualy max one or two 301, always unrelevant.
I think the higher number or 301 is red flag on its own.
But i do it as a test, like where is the limit.
But honestly, i feel its more likely to be because of my poor ( partly generated and duplicated content ), maybe combined with a higher number of 301.

Hey, I just read that post of yours from February. What has happened since then? Did you regain any of the rankings? Did you try to fix your site somehow? How did it go?

I saw 30% drop in my traffic since 25, but yesterday I saw 10% boost. I have seen G is randomly testing other websites and shuffling the results based on User’s behaviour.
I reduced the number of ads on my site to improve User Experience. I would suggest everyone to do so. After the update you can increase the number of ads.

Same with me and seems a Google updates causing this but only time will tell if i move north or down south
