I need opinions on a potential SL post

So I am not going to mention the other user in this situation bc I have kept communication with them to some degree and I don't want to assume but, basically I bought a bot for 1k and I was told it would be done in 9 days (on May 5th) or so and now I am writing this on May 26th. We communicated everyday before payment and once the money was sent, communication and transparency went out the window. I have vocalized these things to the other party.

The user on BHW is a Jr Vp with feedback of reviews on their page and it is all positive, while also being a member in here for quite some time. I don't want to believe this user scammed me bc of their status on here but I did pay a great sum of money and it has been quite some time. When I do get a reply from them they'll say they need 1-2 more days or they'll send over details tonight and then I ask when and I get no answer. I become disappointed every time I check our conversation bc I decided to do business with them bc of the reviews and the status on BHW thinking I would avoid this. They also deleted their reply to my post asking if someone can make me this bot weeks after we have communicated which is odd to me.

How should I proceed?

Open a SL; the lion's share of them are handled via PM with both parties and never see the light of day so you would not be tarnishing the seller's name unless they do not handle things properly via PM with the Mod and yourself.

Thanks. Dont I need to inform the other party that I am going to do this? And also they deleted their post on my thread asking about the bot. The rest of our communication was handled away from BHW. Is that a problem for the SL?

Here are the elements required:

• Proof that the business transaction began on BHW. A link to the conversation or post will suffice.
• Screenshot proof that you informed the other party of your intention to shit list them 48 hours beforehand.
• Screenshot proof that you tried every reasonable form of contact before opening the shit list thread.
• A brief summary of your dispute with the accused (e.g., failure to deliver the product or service)
• What you need from the accused to consider this resolved. Examples include a refund or a replacement.
• Please provide as much supporting evidence as you can (e.g., proof that the product or service wasn't delivered, proof that it wasn't delivered as advertised, etc).

I can work with things if all elements are not available as I've been doing SLs for a little while and have picked up a few creative ways to get the required information if you do not have all of it.

Thanks I just wrote to them giving them 48 hours. Hopefully this will be the end of it.

Alright I guess I need more advice here.

I was provided with what I asked for after I informed them of a potential SL post. We agreed there would be some sort of tutorial/walkthrough on how to use the custom bot before payment. There has not been one and I have asked and I have to wait typically a day plus for a response. I was told " yes i will look into that for you" after asking for a walkthrough again. Which to me means, yea ill do it when I feel like it.

This user is active on here and has done business with multiple people but I have not been happy with the transaction since I sent payment. I think the user did create me a great tool but I don't know how to use it and its been next to impossible to hold a convo with them since I paid. What do I do?

I feel like its wrong of me as a newbie to put someone in a bad spot who's been a member much longer but I chose to work with them bc of the communication transparency, and feedback on BHW and it has been non-existent since payment. They also said I would need them to make changes down the line if I wanted so I cant really burn that bridge which is why I haven't written the SL post officially yet.
