Depends on what you offer, why should a girl sign up through YOUR agency and not directly to OF?
Are you going to promote their account?
If yes - then explain them how, and how much would that usually cost if they had to promote on their own *insert arbitrary high number*

If your promotion method works, why not contacting girls that already work on OF? Unless...
