Sup folks,

so i'm always lost in life and i got lost again now and i need your input on that, i own several "used to be big" instagram gaming accounts, with 30-40K real followers.
I grew them 3 years ago with fortnite, pubg, ... when gaming used to be huger than now. I stopped uploading on them like 10 months ago because they were dying, i tested the pages again during this month of May 2022 and they are performing, obviously, worse. a page with 40K followers is getting 30 likes on a post, etc... i've been doing daily stories with 2 high quality posts/reels since may first and 0 progress until now. This is costing time, and even money cause i hired a assistant to do that with me. but worth the try of course.

What y'all suggest me to do with these pages?
- Sell them, they won't sell. the pages are dead and no one will take them. only if someone cares only about the number but that would be hard to find.
- continuing growing them or reviving them? i don't think they can be revived, unless miracle happens.
- change niche? i personally want to grow a crypto/nft page and own an digital asset in that niche but changing these gaming pages to crypto pages will destroy them even, fake traffic would be needed if i want to monetize them too or sell promos (like any crypto/nft page)
- Any other idea i can use these pages for, there has to be a way! of course the end goal is making MONEY. i need source of income somehow out of them.

Cheers

Try to post some hot gaming girls maybe that will bring your account back to life

Interesting to read about your problem, because I'm in a similar situation.

I have around 150 Instagram accounts (rough guess) most in the "make money online" or "luxury" niche.

They were all built up using Massplanner, and many have decent follower counts.

Mine have been "dead" longer than yours, and I'm guessing that for at least half I've also lost the associated SIM cards, so not sure I'll get back into them, although they're all still online. The SIM cards were all pre-paid and I forgot to top up many of them in time. I have all the emails though.

It's no big deal I guess, but a lot of man hours went into building those accounts and it's annoying me. The post quality was pretty high with all the accounts posting unique pictures with logo etc, and I'm curious if anyone has constructive ideas of what to do with them?

It's just one more resource that's just sitting there and not being utilised, similar to thousands of domain names I have.

Sucks to hear about that.

What do you think i should do with mine?

Try to keep growing them and use them to promote your future crypto accounts.

Not quite sure, we are both in a similar situation.

What tools are people using for IG mass management now that Massplanner is dead as far as I know?

Perhaps reach out to others in the same niche on IG and offer for them to buy them?

Perhaps set up landing pages on a number of URLs (not the same URL on more than one or a couple of pages obviously) and see if you're able to drive any real traffic with them? Maybe with a free offer for something related, just to test?

Maybe reach out to someone who runs an SMM Panel and offer them for sale or lease or something?

Perhaps post them for sale here on the forum?

How big is the biggest account?

I think my biggest one is around 80k or maybe 100k followers, but most are in the 6k to 20k range.

Growing them is wasting time and resources i guess, no progress since i started reviving them.

40K is the biggest one. Completely lost on what to do with them.

Reviving a facebook or instagram page is not possible as far as I know. The reach depends on engagement. As no one has engaged with your content for so long, instagram is not showing them your posts anymore. You'll have to run ads and see if that helps but I cannot guarantee that will revive your page.

Even if your pages are dead, there will be those who receive it. try to sell it.

your site is dead but still sellable, someone will need it

use it for shops and just follow/unfollow.

They will look legit and if u can't recover the engagement just send fake likes since its dead anyways.

they can still be sold , people just won't pay as much ( $1.2-2 per k)

That's really unfair from instagram, they just purge your work like that and don't give you any chances to get back on track.

Selling the biggest of them would bring like 500-1000$ which is an amount i am not interested in honestly, i usually work for the big bags. I prefer finding a way to use these dead accounts to make passive income or something else.

This is why i am keeping them. i might use them and fake the whole traffic someday.

Nice statements.

To find out if your account has been shadowbanned, contact 3-5 people you don't follow and ask them to check if your photo appears if you search for it by the hashtags you use under your photo. Choose less popular hashtags for the test, which make it easier to find your pictures. If users do not see the photos, then you are under the "Shadowban".

If the shadowban is confirmed, I will suggest ways that can help get rid of it.

You can use them for personal means I suppose. Heck, you might still be able to sell them, just not at spectacular rates. Nevertheless, I'm sure they still have their use.

im interested to see what people suggest but been in the same situation, dont try reviving them that’s just waste of efforts- you can make new ones and they’ll show results way quicker than the ones you’ll try to revive
