Bought this yesterday because I wanted to get started warming up some accounts asap, did not receive an email or license or download...nothing (did whiltelist the rootjazz.com domain).

I have submitted a contact us yesterday and have not received even an answer. Still can't get started. This should be much simpler.

Hi,

Emails are sent out automatically, but I'm guess you are the user I replied to earlier. You have an outlook mail and they block our mails from the license server. The purchase page should have warned you of this. Usually we would noticed the sale and send details manually, but as yesterday was Sunday, which is the weekend, didn't see the purchase until this morning, Monday, which is a working day :p

There it is...Seems like I received it about 20 minutes ago after I posted here. Thanks BHW, you came in clutch once again. So, rootjazz/Martin:

- If you saw the order this morning and you're in say, the uk, that was like about 7-8 hours ago. :p

- I bought on a website, on the internet, this is Software. This shouldn't need personnel/manual labor to deliver, sunday, work day, or otherwise. :p

- The blocking of the email server is clearly a problem (one you have clearly been aware of for a while and even took the time to hardcode into your confirmation page), and one that should have been taken care of by now all the time you've run this program. :p

Anyway, just some feedback: No excuses, improve the order flow, please for future customers.

Nevertheless, thanks for sending it now, and I look forward to the greatness of the program. Have a great one.

haha, I'm from the UK, but don't live there any more. Timezone is GMT-5hrs, so 6 hours behind UK

Unfortunately, Microsoft do not provide any way to get in contact with them about this, I've tried. Situation outside of my control.
 
Hey, suppose I have 500 accounts added to the panel (Twitterdub) and want to mass (500)like/RT/Comment on one tweet how much time it will take? just need a rough estimation :)

but you are thinking wrong. If you plan to use the same 500 accounts to perform the same action, every time, AT THE SAME TIME, how long do you think it takes twitter to figure out what you are doing and take appropriate action? It's a glaring footprint.


But lets guess you are an answer, assuming your proxies are working. It takes a few seconds to perform a like (pull the page, wait like a normal user, click like. So at best 3-5 seconds. In one instance, you do 100 threads at once, so you need 5 repetitions to get get to 500, so 20-30 seconds.

Set the config to although as many threads as you want and then it's probably about the same time as the threads need to be created, but perhaps a bit quicker.

When I buy rootjazz would I have to pay to bot likes? Even after I paid the 97 or is everything from then on free?

after the 97, you don't pay us anything. If you want proxies, then you pay the proxy company for them. If you want captcha solving, you pay the captcha solving company. If you want 10000 accounts, you pay an account provider. If you want SMS support, you pay an SMS provider. But you don't *need* to pay for that, it's optional.

After buying our software, we don't charge you for anything, the software is yours to use for life

2) When paying in bitcoin, is the refund still in bitcoin?
3) How many proxies do I need when I want to heat 100 accounts? ( Will 100 proxies work for me? )

I used the contact form this morning about not receiving an email from my order. Hoping to start using it soon, can you please send it when you have a chance? (I checked spam/junk and am using a gmail)
 
Can twitterdub scrape people that liked, retweeted and replied to a tweet? Those are the most active followers.

not the program doesn't let you report users / tweets.

Depends on what you want to do and whether / when the BTC was converted to stablecoins

100 proxies best, less possible but sliding scale 100 > 75>50>10

If it was the weekend, replies won't be within 24 hours, otherwise reply should be a few hours
