Suddenly got 11 public watch hours...

I only post shorts and now they're around 21k watch hours and we know it doesn't count as public watch hours for YPP, but suddenly my channel got 11 watch hours. Anyone experiencing this? I have theories but can't test it right now due to upload limitations.

That’s my theories, if I can find what’s really happen maybe there’s a trick to pump up the watch hours.

So basically i upload shorts, got millions of views, around 21k of watch hours (but doesn’t count as public watch hours) the public watch hours is zero.

And then I decided to transfer the channel ownership into a new google account, and boom, suddenly it got 11 public watch hours.

That’s all that happens.

It is a glitch, but maybe there's a loophole to trick the YouTube system.
