Bro, if you go on Semrush/Ahref and search for one of those domains, you can find by your own under the competing domains sections, tens of sites doing the same thing. Do you really think Google doesn't have such tools to find similar websites by their own? Do you really think they need random dudes on BHW to snitch on those sites? If they are not banning them all is simply because they don't want to.

Laravel, Django, basic PHP script website, but even WP will do the job, just use GeneratePress or similar light themes. lisbdnet.com is on WP and did fine.

It's a big difference from auto blogging as they collect only questions and answers from Google and turn it into articles. They don't copy/paste articles from other websites, just scraping from google PAA.

It literally requires 0 capital and some amount of time. Depends on multithreading of your tool(s). The thing you need is Python coding skills. Even after reading just "Automate the Boring Stuff with Python" you will be able to handle it.
If you think about tweaking it - It's already been done by @Sartre at some point. He is probs already banking with Ezoic on it.

You are over doing it. Costs+work involved will NOT pay off in this case. This is not what you want to hear, but it will prove to be the truth eventually.

There are two things that make a website like these to be a success. One is backlinks, and there's a good idea but costs money.

The other is time. Much more valuable for many, but affordable. You build it today, and expect to bank next year. It works, it always worked and it will always work.

Think he means DeepL, DeepL is free till 500k characters translated. You will need a new API key per 500k characters which won't work with proxy rotation but combined with web simulation you can translate for free .
