I Need 100% Working Bing Ads VCC Source

All cc/bank are "real". Any and every credit card, debit card (even prepaid types, virtual types), and every bank account are all real, because institutions issuing cards, bank accounts require official licenses to issue cards, bank accounts and hence all what they issue are real.
Have you ever for example heard of a fake bank ? Or perhaps you need to use the correct word(s) replacing the word "real".

well i agree with you that all cards are real but he might want to tell that use physical credit cards instead of VCC. cause you know 99% VCC are prepaid and bing ads accept prepaid cards with some restrictions. so not all prepaid cards work. but i have experienced myself all physical CC work 100% on bingads. i was also able to add VCC 2-3 times but i wasn't able to add different VCC of the same bin second time. bing ads is definitely more strict with cards than any other advertising network.
