I am publicly requesting my refund now. I originally placed my order on 3/29 and received my report of 10 links on 4/11. Upon checking the report, 5 of the 10 answers were collapsed and as you told me in our DMs those answers would get replaced. I notified you of this immediately and you told me to wait 10 days as sometimes Quora will uncollapse these answers.

I waited 10 days as per your instructions and then messaged you again. I was told you would replace with all new links over the next 10 days. I followed up 10 days later and was told that you did no additional work and you wanted to wait 10 more days to see if the answers would uncollapse. After now 20 days, you replaced the collapsed answers with another set of collapsed answers.

At this point, I was told to accept the collapsed links as you tried really hard and that is what matters. I don't find this as an acceptable answer and as its been 40 days now and I still haven't received my 10 non-collapsed quora answers, I'm going to request a refund. This is my final attempt to request a refund, otherwise I will file a chargeback with my credit card.

Dear Valued Customer,

We're really to say that we can't provide you with the refund that you asking for.

We've provided you with what we said to you. We've created answer with good quality. We've successfully answered 13+ against 10. Also told you that 10 will be live always.

But you don't agree with that. Our answer quality obviously was too good to ranking your website. Collapsed is not our fault.

So, therefore, we have nothing to do at this moment.

Ordered a quora package a few days ago and got delivery today.
The answers were purely relevant to the query with referral links to the homepage and inner pages. Hope I'll see a good engagement rate.
