How much time do you take to write 1000 words article ?

It takes somewhere from 1 hour to 2 hours but it also depends upon the niche and the amount of research it takes.

I have also tried one another method to save time.

I take a reference article, spin it using AI tool (there are many, you can search it online. I use Word dot ai) This gives me upto 70 to 80% revised article. After that I do manual research and add some more valuable information in it.

This combination of AI + manual research helps me come up with a good quality article in even less time.

I would say I spend anywhere from 1-2 hours on a 1000 word blog post. It really depends on the topic and how much research I need to do. If it's a super simple topic, I can knock it out pretty quick.

If it's something that requires more research and thought, then it can take me longer to write.

sometimes I take around whole day to craft the best possible content around niche which includes templatizing, and On-Page SEO of course extra researching. It doesn't matter how much you write in specific time frame but it's all about habit loop. Once you mastered the habit loop, Writing and templatizing reduces to less than 2 to 3 hours from the whole day.

I have written a lot of content for various niche sites of mine and I also use toggl to track all the tasks I have noticed I usually take around 30 mins for a 500-word article and an hour for 1k words. Although I work very well I get very lazy to write and that's the reason I outsource a lot of content to multiple writers who do around 20-30 articles per month for me. 2 of my main writers also do 40-50 articles per month

Also, one more thing majority of articles written by me work much better than my writers and this is something everyone should test cause we get to know the quality of the work we produce vs what you hire from writers.

So I really focus on the main task which is keyword research and all content for all my sites is outsourced from my team of freelance writers.

If you write articles full of studies or write tech-oriented articles explaining complex stuff to other people, you're not going to be so fast.

The only topics I would be able cover quickly are topics which can be researched using a single source.

I tried to use AI for sales copy. Took me 2 hours to go through the first 3 paragraphs.

I also used AI for cheap blog posts. It would take me 60 minutes to get 3k words of edited output. Client wasn't disappointed.

The fastest I got it down to was 1 hour on a subject I knew quite well so it didn't require much research. This didn't include the time to upload, find images and format etc, this can be very time consuming.

For 1000 words about 2 hours at least when i dont know anything about the topic and it need a lot of research. Normally 1 hour. Not included the time for making images / styling / gryphics. (this actually need more time for good images and not 2000x used stock images (even the paid one).

I'm thinking of doing that, using some scientific publication and existing articles to quickly create quality content easily readable.
@sageshark do you risk any Copyright issue doing that?

May I ask where you can find not saturated images? I plan on using "premium" photo sites but they tend to lack of pictures for my niche. I am also worried about copyrights, even if my competitors seems to use pictures from artists without worrying about it.
