Received a review copy and it's a lot to unpack; there are a lot of features here and it took me a bit to go through and use everything that OP was offering.

That said, this has a lot of features that you may find in several other pieces of software. If you are selling a product or service, and need a way to farm leads, continually market to turn cold leads to hot, this is probably what you're looking for. The benefit is having things in one place, versus running several different instances/apps to do the same things.

First, there is a contact area. If you use a different CRM you can import contacts. This is important because from here, this is where you create your marketing activities and such. You can farm your leads in a variety of manner: through fb, funnels, appointments, sms, email, etc. It also has a place for farmed leads as well, can see when they were added and what pipeline they came through. This is really helpful if you're running many different pipelines and need to know where the person came from.

The big thing is the automation. I currently use other software/apps to automate workflows for social media posts, to automate emails , etc. POWleads also has that feature, so it's nice to be able to do it in one place or have a secondary choice to use for specific accounts. You can also have leads targeted to other funnels, or pages or whatever activity you need to do. If you're handling a bunch of sites, this could make things significantly easier. I do have concerns with footprints etc, so only deployed to different groups and assets.

I played around a lot with the website and landing page builders. The setup is fairly easy to use. Reminds me a lot of Divi in some ways. You can setup entire sites up, or just landing pages for sites you have somewhere else via cname record. Pages can be cloned to use somewhere else, helping to speed up the process. You can also use the software to setup entire sites and host it on their platform. Hosting is through G Cloud and on the higher side of costs, so would only use for specific assets. I didn't use their hosting, but considering it's G, I would imagine it's fine.

User can also create surveys, forms, or setup a chat widget - this alone is a big benefit if you don't have chatbots already or need something that can be quickly setup for all the funnel pages being built. I already have different chatbots avail, so didn't use this feature as much, but may put a few other sites on here - again it's all about having it in one place and expedite the process.

There is also a reporting feature that you can see how well ads or other activities are performing. It's good if you need to measure conversion rates, OKRs, or just need to look at what's been done overall.

There is integration avail. Can connect your your stripe, pp info if you're selling. Can also integrate with GMB and monitor/respond to reviews.

There still a lot I feel that can be done, and I'm just touching the tip of it. Still playing around but everything so far is very good. I think this can help automate a lot of your automation, while having everything in one place.

It may not replace all your other software completely, but again it's about having different options for different assets and getting everything automated/up to speed as fast as you can while not sacrificing quality.

Can also assign team members in case you're an agency or work with others, haven't touched this part that much. OP communicates regularly and was quick to answer questions. Would recommend for anyone needing landing pages, or to build funnels for assets quickly.

The omnichannel mastercourse was awesome! Lots of value to learn, not just about how to use the platform.

Im familiar with various SaaS platforms for B2B sales (SFDC, outreach, hootsuite and etc) and I have to say, im very impressed of how professionally built the Powleads platform is. Not to mention if you know how much those SaaS platforms charge, i'd say you're saving a lot by consolidating all the services into one platform. I've seen a couple of SaaS platforms try to integrate with one another but sometimes it feels bolted-on. So i really would like to emphasize how consolidating everything helps with the user experience.

Your contacts/ leads could be imported to the platform to add to your lead tank on where you can further nurture the leads to turn them to opportunities.

As for marketing - you have the essentials already built-in such as social planner and email builder. Workflow automation is also present, this tremendously helps when you have a lot of leads coming from a campaign and you don't have much salespeople to attend to all the leads on time. I advice you to find ways on how you can make the replies sound personal. You can also integrate with stripe and paypal if you want to accept payments.

I'm yet to play with creating websites, landing pages, reviews portion of the platform but it's great to know that marketplace is also present incase you need help offloading some work to experts.

Overall, I recommend this service for people who already have a SME business running and looking for a tool to help their sales' team alleviate their daily firefighting on tasks for them to have more time to focus on things that matter.

i have to say that i am pleasantly surprised by the platform, it's not easy to review a platform and i will certainly update my review once i will use it more.

To make it more clear for everyone, the platform has the following features

1 - marketing (include social planner, email builder and different templates)
2 - automation (include different automation workflows)
3 - Sites (accept different format wordpress, survey, ...)
4 - Reputation (unable you to send and follow your review's request)
5 - Reporting ( to follow your reporting from various advertising platforms in one place)

all this comes with different templates and a step by step video tutorial.

I still have to dig deeper in all the features but the platform looks great.
