What is the best long term way to promote quiz websites in your opinion?

It’s two fold for me. A lot of quizzes are one and done so you need to give people a reason to return to your site. I build niche quiz sites and keep adding to the site both new quizzes and new types of quizzes.

that second bit is often overlooked

Collecting email address without a doubt. Then as you add new quizzes you can let people know

Really appreciate it man. Thanks!

If you don't mind can you please share how are you promoting your sites? Do you take these sites as a long term project?

I have another site with 5m+ traffic where I run ads for my quiz site

Not meaning to answer for pushking here but the promotion I do is simply turn the questions in the quiz in Instagram posts and tweets.

Use these with the right hashtags and away you go.

On FB it’s looking for groups.

away from Facebook you can partner with nice websites and provide content for them

Should I directly start doing such posts or grow a niche insta page first?

You can do either. There’s more value in growing a ‘fans’ page than just a quiz page because you can sell them other things.

because most of my stuff is quizzes I use the mother/child technique on Instagram 82EC65FB-275B-438F-9919-592ADBF172D8.png

the brand page is for my multi quiz website the tv show is exclusive to that show and below that are the actors or characters involved in that show.

If this was for say Frazier I would look to attract Kelsey grammar fans in at the bottom of the funnel. David Hyde in another one then move them to the TV show Instagram page.

I also like to mix my posting up between trivia facts, quotes, questions and pictures.

Can you tell what tool do you use for automation ? And do you add link in bio to slave accounts ?

Bio in link but also watermarked posts.

reposting to stories on the slave accounts as well. I don’t automate anymore as I found most too unreliable or risk your account. I have staff now.

To start with it takes time but it’s worth it.

quiz journey? yes they work, depends how you monetise, we use a shit ton of quiz in our company.

Do quiz sites get accepted by adsense?
Adsense is a funny beast so I wouldn’t like to give an absolute. I have sites which have been accepted and others that haven’t.

as a rule of thumb make sure you use a high quality theme and include pages that Google like (about us, privacy, TOS, contact us etc)

include some articles and it seems to help again as long as they are useful and unique.
