Of course not. One wouldn't be able to trade crypto peer2peer and decentralized exchanges would be banned

In my opinion Kucoin. Pretty much a top 20 cex by volume, reputation and amount of users.

All the reputed or trusted exchanges ask for KYC. Like you can use binance.
