Had you lost the dispute, you could've called your bank and open a chargeback. And even if you lost that, you could even sue the bank for not giving you a chargeback and you get to prove the transaction was fraud.

Luckily I do ecommerce so I have a small idea how it works. Well, he tried to decieve me by saying his profile was locked, but on our conversation it's clear that the service was not delivered on time/not delivered. I just hope he could not buy some accounts here at BHW again and scam other people.

On Skype he promised to place an Article and link on TheGuardian, I told him I didn't feel comfortable, but he said, you have PayPal for security, so I was an idiot and said yes.

He told me 1 week, before the week he came back, told me to file a Dispute with Payal because he never got the money. Now I get informed by the PAYPAL ACCOUNT Holder that his account was hacket and he never has sold me anything.

We file a chargeback case with our bank, so we will get our money back, but still, he is obvious a SCAM.

Everything that need to be documented to the MOD's can be, we have from BHW, Skype and PayPal.

thank you for sharing. the scammers work with all tricks to get our money.

This was a shitfest from the get go with people trying to resell then resell again.

People just spanking everyone out there crazy! Hope you get it all resolved. Its nice you post these things so people can look out for the tricks.

The face he stated his account got hacked and then the account got locked etc.. Did Paypal release the money to the Paypal account you paid? Don't quite understand what PayPal are protecting if they can spot these sorts of scam tricks?
