Admob account limited experiences??

I was making about 100€ per day. About 7 weeks ago, for 4 days, I was making like 4000€ per day, due to fake traffic (not done by me)/sabotage.
Admob didn't calculate that traffic when they paid me, so I got around 2500€ like usual - plus they put limit on my admob account. Now I am making 2€/day because the account is limited. It's been like this for more than 30 days. (my apps are live, my traffic is real, my ads are placed according to admob rules).

What can I expect? Usually how long does the limit last?
Can I expect it to get back to normal?

On the admob website it says that it takes some days for them to analyze the traffic, sometimes may take longer, but now it's been more than 1 month. Is there any way I could speed up the process?

Thanks in advance for who'd like to help.

If anyone would like to share ideas, help each others in this business, PM me and let's mastermind. I have been in this app business since a decade now.

Hi mate, try to create another admob and link this app.

You are banned from admob
Don't waste your time be cause you are wasting your money
try another appodeal applovin ironsource

Appodeal, applovin and ironsource are all crap and have low eCPM. Applovin will ban you too if you are limited on Admob. The best alternative you have is Facebook Audience Network.

I was banned/shadow banned from Facebook FAN.
I created a new account - If I add some of the apps which were in the previous account, will it get banned?
Any experience on this?

Same for admob, as I just bought a new Admob account. About to reupdate my apps now with new ad id.

Basically had some of my apps removed (or temporarily removed) from the Google play store + from time to time they limited my apps (and then after appeal, they would reinstate full ads delivery).
One night I got emails saying all apps (5) got limited. And they didn't pay previous month anymore. (I don't know what exactly triggered that)
The apps were still live on play store. They didn't send any "full fan account banned/closed email" - I could still add properties.

Anyways, 1 month ago I created a new Facebook account, added friends, joined groups etc - And I plan to use it for Facebook FAN.

Same for Admob - I just bought one and planning to use it.

The thing is that I have now 5 apps which were linked to the previous FAN and Admob banned accounts. Do you KNOW if that by relinking them again to the new accounts would mean a sure ban?

Please let me know If you have actual experience with it.

I am willing to take the risk because those apps already lasted some good time , and if successful, it would mean some nice income for (hopefully) months, so I can focus on other projects. Otherwise I will use appodeal/applovin which will probably mean low earnings I guess.

Don't make another Admob account now, otherwise, you risk losing both.

How long does the limit take? Well, good question! There is no specific time limit. It can take 2 weeks, but also 2 months or longer. For me, it took 2 weeks before. Later on, with another account, it took like 3 months. Insane.

How can you deal with the situation now?

Easy, use mediation like Appodeal, Applovin MAX or even Google Admob Meditation. Add a couple of Ad networks to them. For me, the best working are Unity, Facebook Audience Network, and Applovin. Depending on how many users you have, you might also add Vungle and Adcolony.

Why did you get limited in the first place?

Two possible scenarios from my experience:
1. Your traffic skyrocketed overnight and it triggered something in Google's algorithm to monitor your traffic. This usually happens if you make a new Admob account and add it to your existing app and suddenly start to get a lot of traffic. For aged Admob/Adsense accounts, these kinds of limits are likely not to happen.
or
2. One of your competitors probably "click bombed" your ads, meaning they pressed on your ads multiple times per day, for many days. Or they were using bots. This could be one of the reasons.

How can you avoid getting limited again in the future?

What I do to avoid the evil competitors from messing with me is by using Google Admob only for Tier 1 and some Tier 2 countries. For every other country, I am using FAN, Unity, Applovin, etc....and this is exactly why mediation is so useful. Its not only because they always show the highest bidding ad, nope, you can also choose which countries you want to show which adnetwork to.

Is there any solution to get rid of the Admob limit?

Yes, there actually is. Remove ALL ad units, wait for two weeks and the limit will be gone. However, it can be possible the limit will appear again after some time.

Thanks for the reply, what happened after 1 month is that they banned the account.

The reason for the limitation were 4 days of some bot/sabotage clicking which on the dashboard showed an app making 6000€/day which was making normally only 30€/day.
I think one option would be to put limits on how much ads get shown, but not sure if it'll work against those bots.

I heard about that solution, that you get rid off all the ad units - but I also heard that as soon as you create new ad units, you get limitation again.

Anyway that was a value giving comment, thanks for helping ;)

Btw I didn't make another account, but bought one, I am accessing it on a Virtual machine.
Any idea how to manage multiple admob accounts?

Do you have experiences in adding same apps (package name) to different admob accounts?

Oh, I understand. Yes, you can limit the frequency of how many times an ad will be shown to a specific user on Admob. That would be a solution to avoid bots.

With multiple AdMob accounts: Well, the best way is to ask friends/family to create accounts. Then use virtual machines or different devices with different IP, etc. to access them.

Yes, you can use a different Admob account for the same apps on Android. I never had any problem.
The only thing you should be watching out for is iOS. It could be possible iOS apps are getting "blacklisted" and once you update your Admob ID, ads IDs, etc. of your new account, your account will either be limited or terminated.

However, if you really really want to play it safe, simply use Appodeal or Applovin. Yes, you might make a few bucks less, but guess what? You won't need to go through all this hassle with Admob.

Thanks a lot for the answers.
Do you have the same experience with Facebook FAN?
Meaning adding same app to multiple accounts of which one is banned?

Btw how's appodeal and applovin doing for you compared to FAN/Admob?

What I will do, is update my apps with all Ads - and then able only the best working ones.

Today I tried adding a Banned app from a facebook FAN account to a newer one, they detected that it was an already banned app, so I could not monetize it. replyed here for other people trying to do the same thing.

Does anyone have any idea how to avoid Admob limit? For example if I put only App Open Ad in the start and only Tier 1 traffic would I have any problems at all?

I am not sure, but think that removing some countries like India, Indonesia and others would help, never tryed it.

One way to reduce chances, is to enable impression capping.

But the other important thing is that your app is actually a quality app.
