Bought a residental proxy for faking google reviews

Hello there, bought a residential proxy for faking google reviews, and I have no idea what to do.

I tried writing a review through firefox. I entered the proxy on Network settings, Posted a review from a pva account, and it did not publish.

To be honest I don't even know if this is the way to use the proxies, because when I looked up myip, it showed that the Ip is the same.

Any suggestions? Using a virtual machine or something? <3

Use this quick guide to get yourself set up with the right extensions, and then before you do any activity, you MUST check what is my IP, and make sure the location, and obviously IP are not the same as your own, but what you expect to see on the proxies. If they are different then you can proceed, I wouldn't just register and post a review though. You have to use the element of time with registrations and postings, so it doesn't look like you are some sort of automation. Build an account one day, and just browse around for 10 minutes, do that a few more times for a month before you commit to any permanent action.

Thank you! But why wasn't the IP changed? Because I did everything okay. It asked me for a name and pass and I entered and it worked.

Name the provider, and maybe someone can help specifically. I use packet stream, and I haven't had any problems with them, you might also need to approve your IP in the settings of the proxy provider? You need to do that for private proxies anyway.

changing your ip address via a residential proxy is a good start but that's not the only thing that identifies you. read about browser fingerprinting. you need a tool like multilogin that makes sure google doesn't find out you are on the same device. by the way how long ago did you leave that review? if it doesn't show immediately that doesn't mean it was filtered, sometimes they show up a few days later. multilogin is expensive try to find something cheaper.

Well, I placed them today friend. Yea 100$ a month is not cheap. I don't know how much you are an expert about this, but does it matter if you use wifi or ethernet cable or something? Might be a weird question, ill let you judge.
