I used to work 12 hours/day without any problem, I did not even feel sleepy.
But now, after 30 mins of work, I start browsing facebook
After 1-2 hours of work, I am tired and I want to sleep
How can I get back that old stamina?

That's a tough one. I'd say you should think about how your brain worked when you were more focused. Maybe you had a specific goal in mind? Or could it be mental? It could even be a nutritional issue or a lack of quality sleep.

You need dopamine detox.

That includes but not limits to stop using any entertaining apps, watching youtube, browsing social media, using porn, anything that gives you dopamine where you shouldn't.

Block yourself from using all these things by setting up browser extensions, blocking yourself in your router if you must, etc.

If that does not help and there is no improvements, then I would suggest seeking professional help ASAP, depression when not treated can be a bitch.

You are burnt out buddy. Take a break.

The best way I know to motivate yourself is by setting realistic goals and rewarding yourself when you meet a goal or do something productive. Works for me.

maybe you are really burnt...
i have the same problem, bro
it's really hard to concentrate, work, study
try meditation and yoga, it helps me a lot

Take a break and work on your mental health, regather and then continue

I had similiar problem, from blood test they found out it was low Vitamin D levels, which make sense because you get it mostly from sun

Contrary to what you're asking for, I'm going to encourage you to let yourself be unmotivated for a bit.

If you're anything like me, I work really well in spurts and I build some amazing things when I'm in my zone. Sometimes I'm in that zone when I wake up one morning and I'll literally work all night long, only sleeping when I feel I need it for focus or have reached what I've aimed to complete.

And I might stay in that zone for a few days or a few weeks and then suddenly I lose motivation and what I've realized is that's often been beneficial for me. Because if I force myself to work, I produce crap, but if I let myself just be lazy, unmotivated, catch up on sleep and catch up with friends, eventually one morning I'm going to wake up again and feel really inspired to take up where I left off.

Sometimes that results in projects being at various phases of partial completion; however, I also have several projects that are fully finished and looking at those I know that I worked on them when I was really feeling my best and you can tell that.

For client projects, it's always that other 50% of the down payment that keeps me moving.
